Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. But if any problem, please contact us. 

If you do not receive your package within 4 weeks,  please contact us with your name and order number from the contact form.  We can submit the inquiry to Japan post so that they will contact your postal service officially for the investigation. But please understand that such investigation process takes long time. 

Standard shipping includes the insurance up to US$55. If the shipment is lost or damaged, Japan post can refund within US$55.

If you need full insurance, please write your message at the checkout so that we can check the extra cost for EMS. EMS is express service and full insurance is included. But it is quite expensive. 

If the package is damaged and items are broken, please make sure to send us the photos of the damaged package.& items. Without the proof, we cannot apply for insurance.

If the package is not claimed at the destination and is returned to Japan, we will refund the item cost after we receive all the items in the original condition. Shipping is not refunded.
