    • We ship to US by Japan Post Air Packet, FedEx and Japan Post EMS. Please select your preferred method.
    • Japan Post Air Packet is a cost-effective option, but delivery is slower. As this shipping method requires additional handling, order processing time is also longer.
    • Important: Products made outside Japan can only be shipped via Japan Post. This helps minimize the risk of customs clearance delays or other import-related issues. If FedEx is selected for an order containing such items, we will contact you to arrange shipment via Japan Post or, if necessary, cancel the affected item(s). Thank you for your understanding.
    • With DDP shipping, import duties and related costs are estimated in advance and included in the product price and shipping.　The FedEx customs processing fee is an exception—please see below for details.
    • No additional charges upon delivery.

     

    FedEx Customs Processing Fee (by Product Type)

     

    • FedEx requires customs declarations to be classified by product category.
      If your order includes multiple product types, each category must be declared separately.
    • This fee is charged per product category (not per item).
      You can order up to 3 product categories at no extra cost.
      For orders with 4 or more categories, an additional fee of US$3.50 per category will be invoiced after checkout (before shipping).
      Please note that your order may be cancelled if the invoice is not paid.
      This fee applies to FedEx shipping only. It does not apply to Japan Post.
    • Example:
      Tape (Paper) and Tape (PET) are considered different product categories and are counted separately.

     

    Import Regulations

    • Some products may be subject to U.S. import regulations and may not be permitted for import into the United States.
    • We make every effort to exclude products that we believe are clearly restricted from our U.S. store. However, because import eligibility may depend on the product, its intended use, and the interpretation of U.S. authorities, we cannot guarantee that every product will be accepted by U.S. Customs or other government agencies.
    • If a shipment is refused, seized, or otherwise not released by U.S. authorities due to import regulations, we are unable to accept responsibility for the decision made by those authorities.

    • Atual duties are determined by U.S. customs authorities and may vary depending on the shipment. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or adjustments based on differences between estimated and actual import costs.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
    • Shipping fees, customs-related charges, and other associated costs may be adjusted from time to time due to factors such as exchange rate fluctuations, carrier pricing changes, or updates to customs regulations.
