    • We ship to US by FedEx or Japan Post ePacket Light. Please select your preferred method.
    • Japan Post ePacket is a cost-effective option, but delivery is slower. As this shipping method requires additional handling, order processing time is also longer.
    • With DDP shipping, import duties and related costs are estimated in advance and included in the product price and shipping. However, the FedEx customs processing fee is not included and may be charged at checkout depending on the number of product categories.
    • No additional charges upon delivery.

     

    FedEx Customs Processing Fee (by Product Type)

    • FedEx requires customs declarations to be classified by product category.
      If a shipment contains multiple product types, each product type must be declared separately, which results in an additional customs classification fee.
    • This fee is charged per product type, not per item.
    • The fee will appear in your cart as:
      “FedEx Customs Processing Fee (Product Type)”
    • The first 3 product categories are free. Only categories after the first 3 will be charged. Any fee charged for the first 3 categories will be refunded after your order is placed. 
    • This fee does not apply to Japan Post shipping, but the fee will appear at checkout due to system limitations. Please rest assured that it will be refunded after your order is placed.

    Please note;

    • Most products not made in Japan are not currently available in our U.S. store due to unclear tariff conditions.
    • Actual duties are determined by U.S. customs authorities and may vary depending on the shipment. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or adjustments based on differences between estimated and actual import costs.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
    • Shipping fees, customs-related charges, and other associated costs may be adjusted from time to time due to factors such as exchange rate fluctuations, carrier pricing changes, or updates to customs regulations.
