U.S. shipping has resumed via DDP Courier (flat rate – no extra charges upon delivery).

Notes for Customers in the United States

We have resumed shipping to the United States.
At this time, we are using courier services with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) instead of Japan Post, because Japan Post is not yet ready to handle the system for collecting and remitting customs duties to the U.S. authorities.

As a result, the shipping cost is higher than before. 
However, please remember that our shop offers products at the same retail prices as in Japan.

Many shops raise product prices to make their shipping fees look lower, but we prefer to stay honest and transparent about both product pricing and shipping costs.

To keep things simple, we have set a flat-rate shipping fee, which already includes courier handling charges.

Customs duties (a flat 15%) are collected at checkout.
Products that would incur unusually high tariffs are not available for purchase.

There is no additional charges upon delivery.

Until Japan Post resumes the shipping to US, this DDP courier will be our temporary shipping method. Thank you very much for your kind understanding and continued support.

Shipping Policy

  • Applicable customs duties are collected at checkout for orders placed from within the USA.
  • For orders placed from outside the USA with a shipping address in the USA, customs duties are "not automatically" added at checkout.
  • Flat rate shipping 
  • Order processing: 1-3 business days (unless otherwise specified).
  • Delivery time: Usually it takes about 8-10 days, but this may vary depending on processing at U.S. customs. Delays may occur due to high volume or recent regulatory changes.
  • During the holiday season, transit times may be longer than usual.
  • All shipments come with tracking and insurance.
  • If your package is damaged during delivery, please send us photos as proof to claim the insurance.
