To Customers in EU & Northern Ireland
On 13th of Dec., 2024, new law, GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) has come into effect in EU.
Without representative in EU, we are not allowed to sell "new items" to EU. So we remove EU "from new listings". It means that customers in EU will not see the new items in my shop.
We are allowed to continue to sell items which we had in stock before 13th of Dec, 2024" to EU.
When the stock of any item is out, we stop selling that item to EU.
EU countries we can ship to at this moment are as follows;
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Slovenia
As to Germany, we have decided not to renew the packaging license for 2025. So we will remove Germany from shipping profile on 28h of December, 2024 (Japan time). Last shipping date to Germany is 30th of Dec.2024.
We cannot ship to other EU countries due to their packaging law.
As to Northern Ireland, we are sorry, we had to stop selling completely. Customers in Northern Ireland cannot check out. Northern Ireland follows the law in EU, although it is a part of UK.
Eventually in the future, we need to stop selling to EU completely when our old stock is gone. Thank you for your kind understanding.
