Notes for Customers in the United States
- We ship to US by DDP. It means no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

- If you are ordering from outside the United States but shipping to a U.S. address, please switch to the U.S. market before placing your order so that the correct pricing is applied.
General Information (for all countries "except the USA")
- We ship your order by Standard Shipping (=ePacket Light) or Express Mail Service (EMS) . You can choose the shipping at the checkout.

- All shipping and processing times shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and package size and are displayed at checkout. Larger or bulkier items may increase shipping costs. For example, while an A4 file folder is lightweight, its size may require a larger package. Ordering tall items together with flat items may also require a larger box, resulting in higher shipping fees. We recommend checking the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order does not arrive or is damaged during transit, please refer to our Shipping Protection Program page for details on coverage, required documents, and procedures. - Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. You cannot change the shipping address after placing your order.
- Please make sure to check the tracking. If the package is not claimed or rejected at the destination, it will be returned to the sender. We will refund you item cost only. Payment processing fees and shipping are not be refundable for order cancellations. Returned Items need to be in the original condition.
Notes for Customers in the United Kingdom
- Royal Mail will charge VAT (20%) and an £8 handling fee at delivery, as we cannot collect VAT at checkout.
- Since the handling fee is fixed, ordering multiple items may be more economical.
- We also recommend keeping your order value below approximately £135 to avoid potential import duty.
